Subject: The World War 2 Army Cookbook
This cookbook, for it is a cookbook was, along with it predecessor, the 1941 manual, were the primary cookbooks used by Army cooks in World War 2. Its successor, TM 10-412 Recipes, did not come out until late August of 1944, and probably did not reach units until late 1944 and early 1945. These would have been the ones used by Army cooks for much of the war.
